Tried some more today... still no luck. Steve has volunteered to go to the outlets tomorrow with me. Since these are clothes that I will wear going out on business kinda stuff with him... his input may be helpful.
If not, I may have to head to Nordstrom's next week, find an assistant and tell her the blunt truth:
I'm looking for the natural fiber, business casual, "i'm not 12, but not retiring to Boca tomorrow" department. It used to be called Misses when I was younger, but it doesn't seem to exist anymore. And judging from the stores I've been in lately, neither do dresses.
sigh.
